In her talk, Gill challenges the way things are by asking if it’s fair how wealth is shared and why some injustices still exist in society. She talks about her own journey and how she learned that small and medium businesses can actually make a big difference in making things better. Gill shows how when we can all work together with others, and change the way we think about fear and not having enough to one where there’s love and plenty for everyone.
Inspired by the ideas of Buckminster Fuller, Gill dreams of a world where we move away from being afraid and not having enough, towards a place where everyone shares what they have for the common good. In this new way of thinking, everyone’s special talents and resources are used to help each other, creating real connections and support for everyone.

Our vision for Collaboration Global is to connect, inspire and empower millions of people to collaborate in order to positively impact their world, from the personal, through the local to the global. This will transform humanity by raising our individual and collective consciousness so that we thrive whilst remaining in balance with the planet.
Our mission is to create a Collaboration Global community, online and through local groups in towns and cities around the world, that provides the environment for people to come together, collaborate and realise their individual and collective potential.
We do this by:
Meeting – creating spaces for people to explore, challenge and transform themselves and connect with other like-hearted and like-minded people
Living – demonstrating the values and mindset for collaboration by how we show up in the world. Being in action creating positive impacts
Education – teaching the art of collaboration, with every connection, online and locally as a community we share our knowledge of collaboration
Creating – by providing the tools and infrastructure to build and amplify the impact of collaborations, demonstrating the power of connection
Advocating – for collaboration as the natural expression of our humanity and the key to solving our world problems and realising our potential
